Elizabeth Godthaab is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who obtained a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands. Elizabeth works with children, adolescents, adults, and families, helping those overcome mental illnesses, such as schizophrenia, personality disorders, and other trauma and stress-related disorders. Elizabeth’s areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, grief/loss, and trauma. Therapeutic modalities used include, but are not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy, reality/choice theory, psychodrama therapy, and most importantly, person-centered therapy.
